More, Actually started with a fairly simple problem: I was grateful for my life and still wanted more from it. Not necessarily more stuff. More room. More curiosity. More beauty. More desire. More time that felt like mine. More permission to change my mind without turning the life I already had into a mistake.

This is not a reinvention manual. There will be no twelve-step plan for becoming your highest self by Thursday. It’s a place to look at the rules we’ve collected, the roles we got very good at playing, the things we still want, and the occasional door we never actually tried.

If you’re new, start with whichever one makes you feel a little too seen.
